Mai 2026<\/time><div class=\"wp-block-latest-posts__post-full-content\"><!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Die Deutschen Meisterschaften (DM) in der Langstaffel f\u00fcr die Klassen M\/F, U23, U20 und Masters fanden am 3. Mai 2026 im Otto-Schade-Stadion in Celle statt.<br>Der LC Rapid Dortmund sicherte sich bei den Deutschen Meisterschaften in Celle den deutschen Vizemeistertitel bei den Masters in der Altersklasse M50:<br>Die Senioren-Staffel des LC Rapid Dortmund lief \u00fcber die 3&#215;1000 Meter eine Zeit von 8:58,00 Minuten. Das Trio musste sich im Rennen um den Titel lediglich der Bielefelder TG (8:47,38 min) geschlagen geben. <br>Zur Besetzung der Dortmunder M50-Staffel geh\u00f6rten Gereon Max, Martin Milch und Maurice Eisfeld.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Maurice Eisfeld startete am samstag auch \u00fcber 5000m und belegte in einem starken Teilnehmerfeld mit 17:45,65 Minuten den <strong>8. Gesamtrang<\/strong> im Lauf der Altersklasse M55\/M50. <br>In seiner Klasse <strong>M55<\/strong> kam er als <strong>Dritter<\/strong> hinter Mario Mahn (SV Unterw\u00f6ssen, 16:46,35) und Markus Mey Nordkirchener Schloss- und Dorflauf \u2013 LC Rapid Dortmund stark beim 5-km-Schloss-Sprint<\/strong><\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Beim 26. Nordkirchener Schloss- und Dorflauf am 30. April 2026 zeigte der LC Rapid Dortmund mit 17 gestarteten Athletinnen und Athleten eine starke Mannschaftsleistung im 5-km-Schloss-Sprint.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Den mit Abstand besten Rapid-Auftritt lieferte <strong>Lorenz Rix<\/strong>, der als Gesamtdritter in 15:12 Minuten ins Ziel kam und damit gleichzeitig die Altersklasse M30 gewann. Ebenfalls in den Top 5 der Gesamtwertung landete <strong>Lorenzo de Gregorio<\/strong> auf Platz 5 (15:20 min), der in seiner Altersklasse M ebenfalls einen Podestplatz belegte.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Bei den \u00e4lteren Jahrg\u00e4ngen \u00fcberzeugte <strong>Maurice Eisfeld<\/strong> (M55), der in 17:22 Minuten den ersten Platz seiner Altersklasse sicherte. Auch <strong>Martin Milch<\/strong> (M50, 18:20 min) und <strong>Gereon Max<\/strong> (M50, 18:26 min) liefen aufs Podest ihrer Altersklasse.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Bei den Frauen startete <strong>Karlotta Kranz<\/strong> (WJ U18) und belegte mit 19:53 Minuten einen Podestplatz in ihrer Jugendklasse. <strong>Svenja Fleischmann<\/strong> komplettierte das Rapid-Aufgebot bei den Frauen.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Insgesamt war es ein gelungener Auftritt f\u00fcr den LC Rapid Dortmund am Schloss Nordkirchen \u2013 mit April 2026<\/em><\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Bei durchwachsenem Fr\u00fchlingswetter traten die Langstreckenl\u00e4ufer des LC Rapid Dortmund bei den FLVW Langstreckenmeisterschaften auf dem Sportplatz \u201eIn den Oeren&#8220; in Arnsberg-Oeventrop an. Insbesondere der 10.000-m-Lauf, der um 14:45 Uhr gestartet wurde, wurde durch einen Regenschauer mit kr\u00e4ftigen Windb\u00f6en erschwert \u2013 schwierige Bedingungen, unter denen dennoch beachtliche Leistungen erzielt wurden.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Gleich zwei Rapidos sorgten f\u00fcr die sportlichen Highlights des Tages: <strong>Felix Neukirchen<\/strong> (Jg. 1997) holte in der offenen M\u00e4nnerwertung \u00fcber 10.000 Meter den Westfalenmeistertitel in 37:08,19 Minuten \u2013 eine starke Saisonbestleistung. Ebenso gl\u00e4nzte <strong>Maurice Eisfeld<\/strong> (Jg. 1970), der die M55-Wertung in 35:44,65 Minuten gewann und dabei eine pers\u00f6nliche Bestleistung aufstellte. Beide Leistungen verdienen gleicherma\u00dfen Anerkennung und zeigen die St\u00e4rke des Vereins \u00fcber alle Altersklassen hinweg.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Bemerkenswert war auch der Auftritt von <strong>Lorenz Rix<\/strong> (M30): Obwohl er nur wenige Tage zuvor einen Marathon in den Beinen hatte, lief er die 10.000 Meter in starken 32:55,06 Minuten \u2013 die schnellste Zeit aller Rapid-Starter an diesem Tag \u2013 Unter normalen Umst\u00e4nden w\u00e4re hier sogar noch mehr drin gewesen.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Weniger gut lief es f\u00fcr <strong>Nils Scheffer<\/strong> (M30), der aufgrund von Problemen mit der Achillessehne den Wettkampf abbrechen musste. In der M35-Wertung belegte <strong>Ulrich Hendan<\/strong> (Jg. 1987) in 39:18,52 Minuten den zweiten Platz seiner Altersklasse, zeigte sich mit seiner Zeit aber nicht vollauf zufrieden.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Bei der m\u00e4nnlichen Jugend U20 \u00fcber 5.000 Meter belegte <strong>Vlad Lenchenko<\/strong> (Jg. 2007) in 17:23,44 Minuten den dritten Platz \u2013 eine Saisonbestleistung, mit der er nach eigener Aussage aber noch nicht ganz zufrieden ist.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Noch offen ist das Ergebnis von <strong>J\u00fcrgen Mazurek<\/strong> (M70): Er kam ins Ziel, doch aufgrund eines Ausfalls des Zeitmesssystems steht seine Zeit zum Redaktionsschluss noch nicht fest. 2026. <br><br>Nach dem erstmalig ausgetragenen Jugendlauf mit 6 Teilnehmern startete der diesj\u00e4hrige Storchenlauf, bei dem die vom Trainer vorgegebenen Zeiten m\u00f6glichst genau getroffen werden sollen, p\u00fcnktlich um 11h40.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Am Start war ein Rekordstarterfeld von 18 Teilnehmer\/innen, darunter einige Premierenl\u00e4ufer, die sich erstmalig mit dem schwierigen Kurs und der Aufgabe auseinandersetzen mussten.<br>Der 12 mal zu \u00fcberspringende Baumstamm stellte wie jedes  Jahr alle Teilnehmer vor eine erste H\u00fcrde, noch schwieriger war f\u00fcr einen Teilnehmer jedoch, die Abzweigung zu eben diesem Baumstamm und dem Pfad durch den Wald zu finden, aber auch das gelang nach drei Fehlabbiegungen ab der vierten Runde souver\u00e4n. <\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Bei der Siegerehrung im Haus 20 wurden wie jedes viele wertvolle Preise verteilt, \u00fcber die sich alle Teilnehmer
